Skills: good experience in recruitment, can work on job portal, good communication skills, Scanning of resume, client interaction.
Lining up Interviews and further relationship management till joining.
Should be good in communication skills
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
