Roles and Responsibilities

Able to take care of IT and Non IT Hiring.

Looking for a smart experienced candidate for HR Recruitment. - Experience in handling End to End Recruitment from junior to senior level hiring.-

Able to close the positions on time-

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Skills: good experience in recruitment, can work on job portal, good communication skills, Scanning of resume, client interaction.

Lining up Interviews and further relationship management till joining.

Should be good in communication skills

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
