Job Description

Should have knowledge in SS1, RS1 Bitumen Emulsion
Ensure the mixes ready for all bulk production.
Checking all the production parameters in running condition.
Man-hours are properly utilized and monitored.
Cross verification of material requisition.
Effective utilization of man power with maximum efficiency.
To create and follow all necessary parameters to evaluate the manufacturing process for timely production
Reduce the rework and rejection by applying the various tools & process.
Handling the Shift engineer effectively & efficiently for better productivity
Instructing vertical section, electrical supervisor, machine operator. In the absence he is responsible for old and new machine.
Support to Head Production in preparation of Monthly Production plan
