Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days
High Level JD:
Cloud Infrastructure Dev Ops Engineers
1. Overall 12+ years of experience in the Infrastructure & Networking domain with minimum 7+ years of applied experience in Cloud infrastructure provisioning and specific expertise in MS Azure (AWS will be an added advantage).
2. Technical mastery of networking, VPNs, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers, etc.), and architecting, developing and maintaining production-grade systems in virtualized environments.
3. Applied experience in migrating complex, multi-tiered workloads from on-prem to the cloud, including provisioning of target infrastructure and executing cutover plans that minimize system downtime.
4. Applied experience in delivering immutable infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Terraform, Azure Command Line Interface (CLI) Ansible, Chef, Puppet, cloud-formation etc.
5. Applied experience in delivering continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines (CI CD), utilizing techniques like blue/green and canary deployments, with tools such as Azure Pipelines, AWS Pipelines, GITLAB or Jenkins. Good Experience on GITLAB Pipelines and integrations via plugins is a must. Not Gitlab as code repository.
6. Experience in managing Infra sizing and estimations for projects as well as BAU upgrades
7. Applied experience of systems monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
8. Experience of using Azure Kubernetes Services, Clusters and Helm charts to deploy, manage and operate applications in containers.
9. Leveraging Azure & AWS services as needed to help with automation and hosting solutions such as Powershell, Python 2, KMS, Secrets Manager, Lambda/Fargate, ElasticSearch, etc.
10. Help create requirements and procedures for implementing routine maintenance.
11. Troubleshooting existing information systems for errors and resolving those errors.
12. Solid understanding of SaaS and multi-tenancy application design.
13. Experience being an administrator on a variety of Linux distributions. (Good to have)
14. Working knowledge of VMware, KVM, Xen, Hyper-V, or other virtualization software (Good to have)
15. Good Experience with DevSecOps and Agile practices.
16. Experience in Micro services, server less, event-driven/reactive programming or cloud native patterns.
