Job Description
Sr. Engineer Estimation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Project estimate with detailed rate analysis of all items
- Preparation of Project presentation and brief and explain management for project details and considerations before bid submission
- Development of cross functional estimation skills & in house estimation for specialised packages
- Finalization of SC as per agreed schedule and process
- Clearly defining battery limits & scope bifurcation for each SC Development of in house execution skills & direct procurement of all materials Support site team with finalization of pricing of extra items for client & SCs Development of records of past project pricing for future references (Per KVA/ Per Tonne/ Per Sqft/ Etc)
- Preparation & Implementation of Methodologies/ Processes Imparting Training to sub-ordinates as required
- Improvement of Communication Matrix
- Maintaining Punctuality for IN & OUT timing
- Relationship Management with all stakeholders including client and SCs
Desired Candidate Profile
BE Mechanical having experience in Estimation & tendering of Plumbing & Firefighting ,HVAC preferably in Contracting Firm.
