Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

This position will head the Finance and Accounts function for the Jhagadia Unit of DCM Shriram - Chemicals Business (Shriram Alkali & Chemicals).

The roles & responsibilities include:

- Responsible for efficient management of the accounting & finance department at the Plant.
- Ensure adequate financial controls are in place , compliance of laws as applicable for the function
- Ensure tax and audit are completed in a , timely manner without major observation
Support business in terms of MIS and Costing and business partnering

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Qualifications: CA with 1st Attempt along with MBA (Preferable)
Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts in Chemicals Industry. Must have worked in a head role for atleast 5 years
Good in Team Management
Must be able to deal with sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.
