Hi All,

Microland is hiring for Service Now Administrator.

Kindly find the JD below.

1. Good understanding of service now Platform . Best practices and platform table structure.

2. jQuery and AngularJS and to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal.

3.knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, cross-browser compatibility issues.

4. Working knowledge on Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, Email Scripts, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Glide Record.

5. Knowledge of flow designer , integration hub , plugins .

6. Upgrade and patch management .

7. Adminsitration of Service now platform ( ITSM module)

Good understand of Service now ITSM module and Job requires enhancing the forms , UI actions , UI policies and workflows.

9. Building Service catalog and managing Service portal

10. Managing Upgrades and platform related administration

11. Customer engagement and advisories on enhancement
