Job Description
Project Manager (TTL)
Requirements:
- Proven working experience (6-10 years) in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification - Advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
- Mechanical Engineering field of study or equivalent work experience
Job Description:
- Develop a detailed project plan (.mpp) to monitor and track progress & communicate to the CFT Team on regular basis.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ex. project management plan and applicable sub plans (i.e. communication management plan, quality management plan, stakeholder management plan, etc
- Meet with vendors / customer to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop spreadsheets
- Ensuring correctness & completeness of project related documentations.
