Inviting applications for the role of SeniorJava Developer - Core Java and Python with Database knowledge (DB2 Preferred) Responsibilities Seeking a Java developer to join a global development team that supports the Equity and Multi-Asset portfolio management and trading businesses. The individual will join a strong and highly skilled team of developers who build solutions that enable our business to make investment decisions. And trade Equity and Multi-Asset portfolios. In this role, candidate will be responsible for developing Java and Python related code. Should be able to write effective and scalable code. Improve functionality of existing systems. Qualifications Minimum qualifications- BE/B Tech/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical analysis and design
- Development using Core Java + Python and exposure to capital markets
- Experience in DB2 is preferred. Reasonable Proficiency to function independently in databases is required.
- Integration between various in-house sources of data
- Candidate should know about the nature of work such as AppDev or Dataoriention
- Skillset required is UI/UX technologies including Angular 8
- Should be able to understand requirements analysis then, build and deliver the solution.
- Must be both hands-on as well as can define and explain sophisticated concepts and solution/design to technical and business audiences.
- Must follow accurate coding standards and Ready to adapt to evolving technologies with simultaneous support to existing frameworks.
- Programming experience with multiple languages including Python and Core Java related languages and Rest Service, SOAP Web services, Spring Boot, UNIX and SQL.
- Good experience in application troubleshooting.
- Experienced in running an end to end project interacting with users globally.
- Experience in developing sophisticated solution
- Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to build or work in a continuous integration framework.
- Must be able to get along with all levels of personnel within the organization and be effective with both business and technical teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for handling interactions both within the team and without.
- Regular India working hours.
