Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant, Anaplan Developer In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have led a team size of ~50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the BPM Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred. Responsibilities- Analytical problem solver who, is intellectually curious, learns quickly and is excited by using technology to improve business processes
- Organized, focused, proactive, and innovative, e.g. able to design a modeling solution without explicit direction
- Experienced level modeling with ability to write complex formulas in Excel or other business modeling technologies and solve complex planning models
- Conversion of end-user business requirements into solution functionality.
- Finance use cases: Domain expertise in financial management systems, including financial modeling expertise; understanding of accounting principles, Financial Planning and Analysis, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and P&L concepts how to apply to planning and/or consolidation solutions.
- Sales use cases: familiarity with sales performance management systems and sales operations process (quota setting, sales crediting, incentive calculation, territory design and management, etc.)
- Supply chain user cases: familiarity with supply and demand forecasting methodologies, statistical methods, terminology and common supply chain metrics (lead-time, day s inventory on hand, inventory turns, etc.)
- Understanding clients Sales Management Strategy and transforming them to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Articulate design and documentation of requirements to cover business processes.
- Translate these requirements to enterprise models with associated modules, lists / line items, and calculations as supported by multi-dimensional Anaplan platform.
- Deliver Planning Solutions, which meets their Business requirements in a time efficient manner.
- Reviewing use cases to conceive and execute proof-of-concept models.
- Development experience with multi-dimensional systems such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1 etc.
- Master s degree in a Finance/CA/ICWA/Statistic/Quantitative discipline preferred
- Relevant work experience
- Good Communication Skill
