Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Quality
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Teach PM in Blue Prism will be a vital part of our Blue Prism development teams. Blue Prism Tech PM will be responsible for overall health of the project including schedule, cost and quality. Actively highlight risks to management. Lead project constraints/dependencies & actively highlight potential impact.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall health of the project including schedule, cost and quality. Highlight risks to management
- Highlight potential impact and delays in project lifecycle and handle project constraints/dependencies.
- Create and handle project as per project management plan ensuring project objectives and project charter are met
- Create project schedule, define project achievements and acceptance criteria for each landmark
- Conduit between the customer (internal and external) and the development team through which requirements flow
- Work allocation and tracking to prevent schedule deviations, quality baseline deviations
- Ensuring project is delivered as per baseline quality standards and ensuring re-usability and adoption of the best architectural, design and coding practices
- Coordinate and participate in architecture, design and code reviews for major modules and deliveries
- Supply in troubleshooting efforts
- Ensuring the Install and setup of platform in different environments
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s Degree CA/ MBA
Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, hard-working and be proactive in approach to work.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Project
- Sound knowledge of project execution methodologies including Agile
- Experience in front ending client discussions and collaborating with senior management, business, IT and architecture teams
- Adept in creating project management plans including project schedule, costing, resourcing and risk management as per project objectives and scope
- Ability to run project AOI
- PMP, Scrum Master Certification is desirable
