Job Description
About Role:
Team member will be working on Application Development work in WIMT.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for design, develop, enhance and implement of machine learning and deep learning models using AI solutions.
- Responsible for hands on designing and coding models using python.
- Responsible for development of necessary documentation for applying AI models in the projects, develop artifacts for operationalization of the models.
- Expected quick turnaround in conceptualizing and developing model prototype.
- Mentor junior team members, and help them in resolving the technical issues.
- Responsible for collaborating with architecture and business teams on requirements elaboration and technical solution.
Essential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in prototyping and implementing ML models leveraging python.
- Advanced degree in computer science, math, statistics or a related discipline
- Experience in using ML libraries Sklearn, Keras, TensorFlow.
- Extensive data modeling and data architecture skills
- Experience using image processing techniques and hands on using OpenCV
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, data models, and software architecture.
- Ability to explain and present analyses and machine learning concepts to a broad technical audience
- Knowledge of Hadoop or another distributed computing systems
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in working with Agile/SCRUM.
- Strong written and verbal communications
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, driving self and the team to achieve technical and functional excellence.
Desired Qualifications :
- Ability to work well in a team and individually.
- Strong exposure and experience with full software development life cycles - Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban), Waterfall, Iterative Methodologies.
- Development experience with multi-tier enterprise level applications.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide a quick turnaround of the deliverables.
- Ability to actively and professionally participate in detailed discussions with various levels of management, senior engineering teams and architects.
