What are we looking for?We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative bent of mind, with strong interests and capabilities in the creation of simplified and engaging graphics for our online properties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team
collaboration and open communication. Having good knowledge of Fonts, a keen sense of colour aesthetics and the ability to create designs and theme addressing the politically aware audience is a must.
What do we expect you to do?
Ideation & Creative Thinking: graphics for each product involve creating a new visual identity. We look forward to fresh, innovative and on-trend ideas.
Goal Oriented Approach: design requires iterations and great design sometimes comes with even more iterations. Be proactive in anticipating the design needs of a project and sensitive to the timelines. Dedication and commitment to the goal are paramount.
Work with a wide range of media and use design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Work as part of a team with writers, designers, executives etc.
Do you have what it takes?
2-6 Years of relevant experience in graphics design preferably with renowned design agency, Internet product companies. Smart young designers with top 5 design institutes and interesting portfolio may also apply.
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
