Job Role: RM Housing Loans

Roles and Responsibilities:

To service the leads referred by Store fronts/central marketing campaigns/cross sell
Login to disbursement completion, fulfilment, counseling and handholding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
Generating leads through local activities like organizing camps/canopy activities/leaflet distribution/Lobby management at assigned storefront /branch
Ensuring that customer doesnt become a nonstarter i.e. helping collections to recover EMIs in case of default
