Hello,

We have an opportunity for Technical Recruiter

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science/Technology (IT/CS)

Experience:

0-1 years

Gender:

Male/Female

Job Responsibility

Screening and short listing resumes from various Job portals, social networking sites, references etc
Calling candidates and conducting their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the client.
Scheduling the candidates as per the client requirement.
Following up with the candidate until Joining.
Maintaining the database of all the candidates.
Building professional relationship with clients and candidates and enhance the network.

Skills:

Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
Should be a quick learner and target oriented.
Should be a Good team player.
Should have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word )
Ability to work under pressure & able to deliver results quickly

Location:

Ghansoli MBP (Navi Mumbai)

Walk-In
