Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

Overall administration of the Sale Office. Sales & Distribution of Milk & short life milk products.

Develop market intelligence and expansion of HDC, TCD & other distribution network

Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
Crates Management and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products.

Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.

Statutory, ISO Compliance and daily & periodical MIS reports.

Ensure to monitor the cash & Bank Activities on day to day business

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA / Graduate with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Dairy & fmcg companies.

Compulsory have market/fresh /liquid milk handling experience

Should be at ASM/ Managerial position for atlest last 3 years

Should have min.6 years experience in Dairy industry & his latest job should be in dairy industry.

Should have very geographical knowledge & should know local language.

Good communication, Networking, Distributors appointment skills

Should be a computer savvy.

Note - Incumbents having only experience in FMCG sector NEED NOT TO APPLY.

Compulsory have market/fresh /liquid milk handling experience
