Experience of Sales in Housing Loans

Role Deliverables:

Initiates in conducting meetings with customers.

Enhances business from existing builders and establishing new developers for generating business.

Generates leads and execute them with defined targets.

Provides adherence to target achievements and cross-selling opportunities for sales team (Target housing loans / FD/cross selling).

Provides after sales services and assist customers in housing Loans.

Takes prospects for site visits to residential projects and answer all relevant queries in processing and liaising with developers
