Application Innovation Services (AIS) is a global organization within SAP with the vision to be the catalyst for the customer s transformation to the Intelligent Enterprise. Our strategy is to drive transformation using our deep product and business expertise.
Our mission is to delight our SAP customers with excellent maintenance, innovation and transformation services.
AIS is the custodian of the codebase of multiple SAP products and responsible for safeguarding 50%+ of the revenue for SAP year on year.
Key goals of AIS are to:
Run: Protect the maintenance revenue of SAP by providing efficient maintenance and high-quality of code corrections to all SAP customers.
Innovate: To deliver high quality product enhancements based on product improvement initiatives like customer connection. Develop new releases with excellent quality according to product and process standards.
Transform: Support integration across SAP application portfolio based on demand.
Help customers in their journey to the intelligent enterprise by being their trusted advisors.
Win with people: Upskill as a team to stay relevant in the newer technologies.
About the Job:
As part of AIS, you will be exposed to SAP s biggest customers. You will support them with technical and architectural expertise in the role of a Functional Expert / Architect. The primary objective is to:
Show leadership in architecture and functional skills.
Develop deep functional expertise and take product ownership in the assigned topic.
Execute transformational projects which would help customers to move to S4 HANA.
Continue to build deep technical expertise in areas like HANA, ABAP, ABAP OO, Fiori, or any other areas which are in demand.
Become a trusted advisor for customer s business.
Mentor colleagues to create greater positive impact for the team and customers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Exhibit product leadership.
Work with high levels of commitment and passion on SAP products.
Execute intricate design level modifications that impact productive systems of thousands of customers.
For example, the delivery of S4 HANA for Data Protection and Privacy (DPP), solutions to complex customer incidents.
Provide high quality, timely enhancements during projects like customer connection.
Build yourself as a great team player, with high agility to be able to manage complex situations like customer escalations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide in AIS and with organizations such as GS (Globalization Services) to ensure legal compliance, PS (Product Support) to ensure high customer satisfaction, DBS (Digital Business Services) to help with product expertise as and when required.
Education
BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech/MCA with a minimum of 65% / 6 CGPA.
Skills
