Job Description

We are Hiring Experienced Professional for Healthcare Recruiter role into US Staffing.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Will be working on direct Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc(Healthcare Nursing)
• Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
• Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
• Should have experience of recruiting US Candidates.

Shift Timing: 8:00PM - 5:00AM (EST)

Experience : (1- 4)yr
Compensation : Base Salary + Lucrative Incentives + Medi-claim
