Hiring Business Development Associate for Edtech industry .
Responsibility:
1)Daily connecting with prospect leads over call
2)Booking personal appointments to convert leads into admission with highest conversion ratio.
3)Update accurate details for lead in system
4)Effectively manage sales process by qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, product selling, convincing and closing sales
5) Maintain strong follow-up
6) Work as individual contributor to achieve targets
7) Generate continuous revenue

Interest in consultative sales and business development with number driven approach
Good convincing ability.
Excellent communication and pitching skills.
Clear understanding of sales process for selling educational courses
Identify sales challenges and come up with solutions
Should be Tech savvy and possess sound knowledge and experience of working on Salesforce
Be comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
Ability to handle high pressure and deliver quality
Maturity to handle rejections
Qualification- Any Graduation from any stream (B.E / B.Tech / B.A / B.Com / B.Sc. / BBA). / Post-Graduation (PGDM / MBA in Marketing)
Experience- 0 to 7 Years work -ex Preferred prior work-ex of 6 months to 2 years in EdTech industry or similar profile Freshers can apply as well.
Salary - 5.6LPA (3.6lac fixed + 2lac Variable) for fresher
