Job Description

Required Skillset:

Proficiency in Agile Methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Certified Scum Master or other relevant Agile Certifications (CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP)
Working background of Web technologies and/or Mobile application Technologies preferred
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
Understand the details of iterative and incremental development.
