Job Description

  • MAIN OBJECTIVE: To take the lead on Architectural drawings and understand design in conjunction with Project Architect for a set of projects within the Firm and ensure that the drawings are delivered as per schedule and in accordance with Company standards and project concept.A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize work and manage time
  • Dedicated and patient with good listening & communication skills
  • Ability to get along with team members
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to prepare statutory drawings/documents
  • Ability to prepare tender drawings
  • Ability to check consultant drawings with respect to architecture / interiors
  • Prepare support information required for presentation
  • Co-ordinate with Graphics & prepare the presentation within the specified timelines
  • Prepare all tender drawings
  • Ensure inputs/details from services/Structural consultants incorporated for all drawing
  • Prepare response to RFI's pertaining to Arch/interior design
  • Attend periodic site visits to resolve design issues
  • Review shops drawings with respect to Architecture/interiors within specified time
  • Inputs for preparation budgets.
  • Contribute to strengthening the firm through organizational initiatives
