Job Description

AWS DevOps engineer Role:
Primary Skillset:
Understanding of DevOps and Purpose
AWS EC2 instance setup using various AMIs
Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins/Bamboo
EKS cluster setup and monitoring
Experience configuring Ingress/Service/Pod/Deployments units in Kubernetes and using kubectl command
Creating docker images and using docker command line
Jenkins groovy pipeline and DSL
Provisioning tools: AWS Cloud Formation; Chef; Terraform; Packer; Ruby; Python
Experience with Maven/Nexus/Git/Eclipse
These are additional nice-to-have items:
AWS networking using VPCs
AWS security setup using IAM/CloudTrail
AWS systems manager
Monitoring using AWS CloudWatch
Any programming experience with Java/Scala/JavaScript
Some knowledge of clustering setup with AKKA and Zuul
