1 Take care of Visitors/Clients and to arrange their meetings
2 Maintain log of all Visitors/Clients
3 Attend the calls and transfer to concern person
4 Keep record of all inward/outward courier
5 Take care of Front Office Area
6 Coordinate with Mali for Sai Baba Mala
7 Ensure Sai Baba Mala is being changed on daily basis and check flower quality of mala is good
8 Maintain daily record of flowers and milk for pantry
9 Make PO for Stationery, Pantry, Worship & Housekeeping materials (Unit I ,II & III)
10 Prepared monthly couriers bill
11 Distribute of stationery as required by staff and stock to be maintain of all Unit.
12 Ensure arrangement of Visiting Card & Stationery Printing fro unit I ,II & III and update
13 Responsible for preparing Document & Dispatch to client C/O Dispatch Dept.
14 Marcom Distribution for wire and cables.
