ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you would be responsible for providing Improvement & Development services in a Java environment during regular hours. Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
Additional responsibilities shall include contributing in designing and detailing of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time. Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications- Architect on Robotic Process Automation Define, Design and deploy RPA architectural solutions for clients.
- Good Architecture experience of RPA implementation across multiple projects.
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
- Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in scope processes planned under development sprints
- Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plan
- Understand client s business requirements and clearly document them in order for RPA developers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner
- Guide a team of developers through the project completion.
- Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
- Extensive experience of both front office and back office automation using RPA tools and other third automation solutions.
- Extensive experience in client facing roles, gathering requirements and designing solutions
- Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERP applications
- Hands on experience in UiPath development UiPath certification preferred.
- Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle is a must
- Must have good hands on experience on preparing a detailed workflow charts and diagrams
- Good experience in performance tuning of RPA Bots.
- Responsible for all aspects of architecture for applications and projects for an organization with automation experience using Automation Software tool.
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
- Includes architecture strategy, data technology, re-use, components, etc.
- Identifying and communicating the technical requirements to deploy automation solutions.
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using RPA Tool.
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day in RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment in RPA Tool.
- Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms - .NET / Java.
- Hands-on experience in VB Script, Macros.
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis.
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- One who is Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge
- Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client
