Job Description

1. Brand Communication

• Internal Communication - Existing Customers/Partners/Internal Teams 
• External Communication - New User Acquisition

2. Driving Customer Activation

• Drive Customer Activation to achieve targeted 1.5 Lakh UTC numbers-
• Cross-sell campaigns to target 2+products per customer-
• Execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy to maximize activations & cross-sell
• Devise omni-channel campaigns for 'Customer Activation & Retention' considering:a. Workflows from Integrated Campaigns PoVb. Audience Segmentation & Data Accuracy

3. Campaign Analytics & Reporting

• Design the Key Performance Indicators for campaigns & reportinga.
• UTC Progress on the Dormant Baseb.
• Innovative campaigns launched during the month

4. Brand Compliance

• Ensuring 100% brand compliance at all times & as per regulatory frame-work-
• Manage network partners & fortnightly reviews on their performance (Expected Vs Delivery)
