Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Production SupportIn this role, you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 application support. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities- Monitor production jobs for successful execution
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, escalate production issues to appropriate team for root cause analysis and resolution
- Work with external data providers and downstream application/users to address data delay/issues
- Work with Business Solutions and Technology teams on production data issues
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Primary : Unix, Shell scripting and Application production support experience (L1/L2 support)
- Understanding of financial industry concepts is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to provide on-call support when required and work in shifts including night shift
