Inviting applications for the role of MT Contract Load
Contract Load analyst responsible for uploading contract in the ERP. Work directly with suppliers and internal sales team to ensure timely and accurate administration of resolving discrepancies. Supervise both supplier compliance with contractual obligations and production trends through analytics and root cause analysis. Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements based on analytical findings. Develop system and departmental domain expertise. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence
Responsibilities
Execute contract entry for the daily administration of supplier contracts and notifications. Analyst will work directly with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate administration of contracts, and the resolution of issues
Perform reconciliation and analysis of accounting information for suppliers on customer eligibility and price.
Ascertain the right contract pricing information
Ensure accuracy of the data entered pricing, effective dates etc. Proactively identify customer price file discrepancies and work to resolve.
Research supplier issues to determine validity and provide appropriate support, perform audits on customer account
Develop system and departmental domain expertise and participate as a team member on projects. Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the contract expiration process, execute the Contract Expiration process, process renewals, send out proactive communications
Manage supplier communication and with focus on speed to answer
Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
Work exception reports daily and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues.
Proactively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Responsible for the partner concern of compliance issues.
Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
Utilize systems and software to perform sophisticated research assignments.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Ability to work on multiple ERP, master data and workflow solutions
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Prior business experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry.
Experience should involve contract administration, reconciliations, supervising customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis.
Proven ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions. Proven track record in successfully maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities
Exposure to ERPs like JD Edwards and SAP 7.4
