Process : Outbound Sales

Shift : Day Shift

Salary : Up to 3.60 LPA

Location : Thane

Job Brief:

• Ability to drive team to achieve numbers.
• Willing to work in high pressure environment.
• Should have experience as Team Leader in BPO for at least a year.
• Should have worked in Outbound.

Candidate Profile:

• HSC or Graduate
• 1 year of experience as TL in sales process
• Should have knowledge about dialer, data, conversion ratio, attrition management, shrinkage management.
• Aggressive and goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills
