Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Business Object Developer and Production Support
This position will also handle escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis of any problems that may arise out of IRs and/or proactive needs for business.
Responsibilities:- Support production environment and address incidents logged under Production Support
- Provide permanent solution for all the problems logged under Production Support
- Day to day maintenance activities of the developed reports
- Participation in Projects Requirements Analysis, Estimation, Development, Testing, Delivery, Documentation
- Maintenance of BI Launchpad & CMC
- Perform all admin activities and managing CMC (central management console)
- Maintenance and validation of servers and server groups and manage security profiles
- Upgrade and migration activities related to the system
- Manage folders, documents, reports, dashboards, IO connections, web services and universe in repositories.
- Experience with Universe Design Tool and Information Design Tool.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in BO universes design and development.
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with good DB skills and fine tune the query
- Good understanding of WEBI and Report Development
- Good understanding and troubleshooting in BO admin and tasks like
- System monitoring
- Security setup and monitoring
- Apply SAP corrections, updates and patches
- Assist in system back ups
- Content promotion through the landscape
- Database migration
- Experience in handling UAT issues with quick turnaround time.
- Support and work on other financial reporting tools like Essbase and Axiom
Qualifications
Graduate in Technology with Computers or IT stream
OR Graduate any stream with course in Computers or IT stream
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors or Associate degree in computer science or relevant professional qualification.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge and understanding of Essbase Server/ Financial Reporting/Work Space / Shared Services.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Axiom Reporting Tool.
- Working experience in applications related to Accounting & Financial Reporting or Credit Risk in banking environment.
- Knowledge of Control-M or other scheduling application.
- Atlassian Jira, MS Office Suite
