We are hiring for the position of Civil Engineer cum supervisor at Kalyan:
Eligibility:
Position: Civil Engineer cum supervisor
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Education: Graduate/diploma in /Civil/Architecture/infrastructure
Location: Kalyan
Joining: Immediate or 1 Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Materials Quality
- Ensuring Material Delivery on Time
- Preparing master schedule is mainly project managers responsibility.
- Completion of the project in time
- Estimate the required materials for the task you are going to start next Make requisition for the materials
- To ensure the quality of delivered materials.
- Co ordination with supervisors & visit places where the works are going on.
- Give a brief speech to workers before starting the days work. Motivate them to maintain the quality of works.
- prepare time to time projects reports
Skills and Competencies:
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
Well-developed negotiation skills
Ability to handle MIS
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
Excellent Communication Skills
