Job Title: Support Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
Operations BAU:
Housekeeping activities on Linux server
Troubleshooting of services running on linux and also to look into captured logs
Must have great collaborative skills for troubleshooting calls with different solution teams like product teams, Microsoft helpdesk teams etc.
Excellent communication skills required.
Preferred skill- Good to have knowledge of Azure and azure components and related services
Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
Skills & Competencies
Must have Proficiency/expertise in linux/unix administration and all housekeeping activities on linux servers.
Must have Good expertise knowledge of linux/unix commands and shell scripting
Good to have Node JS, SQL and Avaamo knowledge.
Any knowledge in Cognitive solution/AI etc. is added advantage
Is able to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind to solve technical problems
Is a self-starter who is committed high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills Written and Verbal. Exposure to International clients is a must
