Job Description
The JobYou will working in project teams and will be responsible for :
- Adopting Agile methodology to enable effective functioning of a software development team.
- Ensuring all scrum processes are in place as they should be.
- Own the successful implementation of the project by taking measures to remove bottlenecks.
- Working closely with the project manager to optimize team efficiency and achieve maximum productivity.
- Maintaining backlog and release plans.
- Regular record maintenance of project activities and daily meeting outcomes to be presented to both client side and internal stakeholders.
The Profile
- You are a graduate with at least 5 years experience as an Agile Coach and have build a solid profile by delivering a number of successful projects in your previous roles.
- You possess excellent knowledge of processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies.
- You have lead planning meetings, reviews and have hands-on experience in facilitating stand-ups and developing training materials.
- An extremely organized and decisive personality is required to perform in this role.
- You can think strategically from business perspective, while taking into account delivery challenges, and have the ability to communicate feasible solutions to key decision makers.
- You are highly collaborative and have excellent analytical abilities.
