Financial Advisors need to build up a team for revenue generation and business development for incentives. This job involves communicating with team members to assess their current situation, researching products to match the customers needs, processing paperwork, and ensuring existing customer information is up to date. Insurance executives typically work full time in an office-based environment, although there is potential to work remotely and work for promotions to a higher level. This job is well suited for that strong communication and team handling, has strong customer service skills, and is analytical. Also need to involve initially in direct sales for training purpose in first three months and utilize their knowledge of insurance policies and companies to evaluate, recommend, and sell plans to customers or businesses based on their needs
Duties and Responsibilities for Confirmation in 1st three months.
For Training Purpose Financial Advisor needs to build up a team
of minimum 5 members and he needs to be involved in 6 Sales
calls. After completion of three months and 6 Number of Closers Financial
Adviser will be confirmed as INTERNAL AGENCY PARTNER.
TEAM HANDLING
INTERNAL AGENCY PARTNER routinely speaks to team members to assess more business. This helps their team members to feel motivated and generate more sales..
Team Training
INTERNAL AGENCY PARTNERS will have to take care of all team members to have more and more team training by trainers, product knowledge and customer handling.
