We are currently hiring Sales positions for Exide Life Insurance

Location : Hyderabad

Position: Agency Development Manager/Sales Manager/Officer/Relationship Manager - Agency Channel, Direct Channel, Banca Channel, Brooking channel Exide Life Insurance

Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localities, open to front line sales 30 percent hike on last salary

Eligibility: The only criteria is candidate genuinely willing to do sales

Direct Channel : Increase top of the funnel by driving periodic activities to generate the prospect base through natural market, RD support & corporate work sites To contact the qualified prospects on an ongoing basis to maximize face-to-face meetings with the prospects Adopt a need based selling approach (basis the financial Needs Analysis), catering to the customer's profile and his/her needs Rigorous & timely follow- up on all prospects that are in the work in progress stage. Update & enrich prospect information in the leads Management System.

Agency Channel : Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan & activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan . Ensure Active Adviser productivity is maintained as per the plan Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression.
