In this role you will be part of the Hiring Technology Transformation Team and will be part of key initiatives and drive key technology project implementations across the function globally. You will also work closely with teams across different functions like HR and IT.
There is a lot of autonomy in your work along with a touch of ambiguity, ensuring every single day at work is new and exciting.
Responsibilities- You are required to understand the End to End Hiring process across different levels globally Entry level, Mid to senior management level, and executive levels
- You need to do external breathing on what are the new, upcoming technological tools in the market and which are applicable to the Hiring function, Acumen to evaluate tools and product to improve hiring process
- You will be required to study the hiring process and identify gaps and possible touchpoints where technological interventions are required
- Project Manage the implementation of groundbreaking technology implementations at various aspects of the hiring cycle globally
- Liaison with hiring leaders and regional hiring teams, IT teams and other support teams to plan & implement global technology projects
- Conduct a detailed CBA on the efficiency of the projects implemented and benefit realization
- Have ability to capture business requirements and convert into technical specifications to seek real world recruitment process challenges/changes/upgrades
- Have in depth knowledge of the hiring tools implemented and be unskilled and trained on them all
- Help in training the end users and resolving any query in the process
- Liaison with vendor partners on any technical glitches and support required by the hiring teams
- Data analysis and representation on usage, adoption, traction, etc
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
- Post Graduate (MBA, MSc, MCA)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and Data Visualization
- Know how of programming insights
Preferred qualifications- Strong People Management Skills & Partner management skills
- Should possess good time management, leadership and analytical skills
- Should be flexible and have the ability to plan optimally
- Should have an interest and technological bent of mind to be able to quickly grasp the technological aspect of the project implementations
- Appreciative of application architectures and programming skills
- Strong with Data Analysis, Data Representation
- Knowledge of any hiring tools, Taleo or Avature will be appreciable
