Experience : Minimum 6months
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Providing the right customer experience.
Skills and Competencies :
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and Hindi language, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, integrity.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience :
- Graduate or Experienced in BPO.
- Fluency in English & Hindi Mandatory.
