Job Description
Assistant Manager, Finance Overhead Analyst
In this position you will deliver Operational perfection in Overhead month end close & reporting by ensuring integrity of the data. Tight control on Overhead spend including SC Overhead, Local Overhead, OTI, Restructuring and A&D reporting. Ability to drive process optimization and simplification with a continuous improvement attitude
Key Accountabilities Process Skills- End to end knowledge of OH related to local e.g. facilities, headcount, regional, global
- Allocations drivers understanding and troubleshooting true-ups
- Master data, cost center, and cost allocation maintenance
- Reporting, Budgeting, Variance analysis and Accrual management.
- Hyperion Essbase Smart view & hierarchies
- Anaplan Planning Tool
- Advance excel / VBA and SAP & SAP BW
- Analysis of trends and key performance indicators
- Appropriate drivers usage, Insights generation for direct charges / true-ups / hybrid model
- Headcount Analysis Joiners / Leavers, its impact and forecast
- Strong FP&A and analysis skills
- University degree or equivalent
- Good experience in CPG/ FMCG
- Accounting/Finance degree is crucial, with achieved or working towards CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualification ,Good planning and organization skills - to handle challenging priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Written & verbal, SAP knowledge
- Good in Problem Solving and Analysis
- Proficient in English
- Problem Solving skills
