Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise connectivity service availability & troubleshooting (wireline & wireless)
  • Enterprise products servicing on OTT platforms such as Jio Meet, M365, Jio Attendance, Jio Online+ etc.,
  • Product onboarding and usage induction
  • Service Billing, utilization & Payments
  • Network, Device and Provisioning related user configuration
  • Retention and upsell to enhance Jios share of customer wallet

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Networking/ Electronics.

CCNA certification preferred if Diploma holder.

B Tech / BE in ECE (with or without CCNA) will be an added advantage
Relevant experience of minimum 6-12 months (age bracket 22-29 years)

Only Technical Support-Voice Process experience is preferred(6 months - 1 Year)

CTC: 3LPA - 3.5LPA

Languages : Hindi, Telugu and English(All 3 Languages are mandate)
