Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Enterprise connectivity service availability & troubleshooting (wireline & wireless)
Enterprise products servicing on OTT platforms such as Jio Meet, M365, Jio Attendance, Jio Online+ etc.,
Product onboarding and usage induction
Service Billing, utilization & Payments
Network, Device and Provisioning related user configuration
Retention and upsell to enhance Jios share of customer wallet

Serve to Resolve to be the motto at work

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Networking/ Electronics.

CCNA certification preferred if Diploma holder.

B Tech / BE in ECE (with or without CCNA) will be an added advantage
Relevant experience of minimum 6-12 months (age bracket 22-29 years)

CTC: 3LPA - 3.5LPA

Languages : Hindi, Telugu and English(All 3 Languages are mandate)
