Criteria :
- Should have the ability to resolve customer-related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.

-Should have good communication skills in English and Average communication skills in Hindi.
- Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.

-HINDI and English Communications are mandatory
Experience: 0-1 year

Salary: 2.1LPATransportation Facilities: Both ways.

Role: Associate/ Senior Associate-Customer support

Shifts : 24/7 (Rotational) & 6 days working.
