Job Description
The JobIn this role you will be required to drive business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns. You will be working with different functions to identify opportunities across different offerings and coming up with ways to convert them into business outcomes. Once identified, you will be working on prioritising them basis market , impact, ease of implementation, adoption rate forecast and other factors that you will be defining by liaising with the heads of other departments. Designing tests or prototyping scenarios to assess the feasibility of these strategies and evaluating them on pre-defined metrics. Working closely with the founding team to structure a process around final implementations.
You will spearheading our growth metric.
The Profile
- A growth hacking mindset is what we are looking for in this role.
- You have at least 8 years experience working in innovation and growth roles, with at least 4 years within FinTech industry.
- You are a born leader with a clear vision in your head.
- You are passionate about the projects you take up and have an excellent record of turning around businesses.
- You have good knowledge of FinTech product lifecycle and the market prevalent in the country.
- You are a go-getter with a never give-up attitude.
