The Job
As SEO Head, you will be driving the implementation of strategic and operative SEO strategies, campaigns and optimisation. You will also be building a strong team to scale SEO with the product and bringing an international angle to it.
You will be responsible for :
- Leading technical SEO analysis, identifying and executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions
- Developing, tracking and monitoring SEO targets, including KPIs and OKRs, in alignment with business strategy
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams
- Staying ahead of industry changes and acting as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO
The Profile
- You have at least 7 years of experience in SEO, ideally in a startup or ecommerce company
- Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Search Console and crawling software, is mandatory
- You possess technical proficiency, including the ability to speak developers language
- You have an analytical mindset and a very good understanding of business-savvy SEO KPIs
- You have exceptional communication skills and a persuasive personality
- You are hands-on, goal-driven, and have a positive attitude
