Designation: Accounting cum Purchase Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary is not the constraint for the right candidate

 Job Description :

• Daily posting of vouchers and Sale Invoice, Purchase Invoice and Expense Bills.
• Preparation of Vouchers and Bank Reconciliations and Vendor Reconciliation.
• Preparation and Filing of GST, TDS , PT and other Statutory Returns.
• Monitoring of proper accounting of payments and processing of cheque accurately and on time.
• Finalization of Accounts.
• Experience in petty cash handling , voucher setting , reimbursements, accounts receivable & payable.
• Strong hand on Excel and Tally ERP Software.
• Fair communication, decent personality, optimistic . Confident in handling work independently.
• Experience in coordination of PURCHASE and SALES.
