Job Description

Human Resource - Retainer

Developing sourcing channels
Managing the end-to-end recruitment
Participating in the job fair and recruitment drive
Documentation of Shortlisted/Selected candidates
Sourcing resumes from vendor
Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/advertisers
Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
Working on data processing
Working on data analysis & competitors survey
