Position :- Area Sales Manager
Location :- Mumbai
Industry : - Electrical / Switches & Switchgear Only
Reporting: - Zonal Directors
Education: - Minimum Graduate
Experience:- Minimum 8 years (Out of total experience minimum 5 years should be in Managerial role in the same industry)
Key Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with Dealers & Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, contractors for business development.
- Develop qualified leads and generate new business in line with the Companys commercial target.
- Handling brand management activity and creating visibility.
- Introduce products to some of the leading electrical dealers/distributors.
- Build the Brand Value in the market by appointing new Channel Partners.
- Prepare and implement daily and weekly sales action plans along with the team
- Develop and maintain customer database & competitor information.
- Prepare Strategies for the sales & branding activities.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Good Geographical Knowledge. Business Gap & Competitor Analysis.
- Experience should be redeemed by expanding the market size.
- Conduct market research and surveys.
- To achieve annual sales target for companys varied range of Products. Generating business from existing distributors and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- To maintain good and cordial relationship with key and influential people of the business partners. Ensuring seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market.
- Need based recruitment of front end sales team and manage their performance and productivity, Leading and Motivating the Sales Force.
- Achieving the Width of Distribution, Conducting Displays, Building Volumes and Implementing the Marketing and Sales Promotion Strategies.
Desired Candidates
- Should have more than 8 years of sales experience in Electrical Company with a proven track record.
- At least 5 years of Managerial experience in Electrical Industry.
- Should be Confident & Good in Analytical, Team work & Communication Skills.
- Should Prioritize Work-Load and show a Disciplined, Methodical & Process-Oriented Approach.
- Should have excellent relations with architects, Builders, Contractors, Interior Designer, Dealers and etc.
- Shall get an Attractive Salary and would be eligible for lucrative incentives.
