Job Description
AM, QA Developer
In this role, you are expected to be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
ResponsibilitiesThe Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
- Understanding application requirement.
- Preparing Test Plan/Strategy, Testcases and Test Reports
- Identify Testing scenario and use of testing techniques
- Design & Develop functionalSystemUAT Test cases.
- Conduct end to end functional, database testing, ETL testing,
- User Interface and System Integration Testing.
- BI Testing include testing the functionalities and Data of Business insights reports on tools like Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI etc.
- Defect Management.
- Requirement Traceability matrix preparation and validation.
- Good communication skill
- Excellent in Process documentation
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile scrum
- Ensure Quality delivery of the Solution
- BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
- Relevant work experience QA & QC
- Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
- Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
- Ability to balance customer governance meetings
- Extensive knowledge of test management tool HP QC, JIRA
- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
- Good people and customer handling skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
