Dear Aspirant,Greetings from Heritage Foods Ltd!We have an opening for the position of Executive Microbiologist @ Bayyavaram Packing Station.

• Conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk products.
• Conduct microbiological analysis of Milk & Milk Products, raw and packing materials.
• Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements.
• Monitoring Culture requirements and Indent.
• Implementation of SOPs & Adherence of ISO Norms and documentation.
• Regular Inspecting Plant Hygiene and maintain Cleanliness of Plant & Equipment.
• Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
• Identify & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff.
• Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.

Core Competencies:Basic knowledge Process & Produce Quality analysis of Milk & Milk Products
