Job Description

Responsible for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of the lift installation
To visit the lift installation site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance.
Manpower Handling, safety as per work permit like scaffolding & lift installation confined space work permit
Project drawing and specification and then Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work status.
Daily checking and enter the site service list and checking for the lift annual maintenance.
