Senior Inside Sales Manager(TL)
Job Band: D
Level: Lead
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: MBA/Btech
Years of experience: 4.5 6 years
Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets for the team month-on month basis.
- Responsible for mentoring & coaching existing & new members of the team.
- Data driven approach to providing solutions to sales processes.
- Motivating the team on a daily basis to maximize performance efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance to internal sales processes
- Acting as a champion to help team members to achieve sales numbers & provide guidance.
- Working with different support teams like quality/analytics/training to build a high-performance team.
- Individually owning a sales target along with team target.
Desired Skills:
- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude to dealing with people
- Understanding of technology is essential
- Mandate B2C sales experience
Reporting To: Business Manager
Working hours: Shift based.
