1. New lead generation by calling potential clients, market search, random visit to potential clients site, Internet, trade shows & events etc. in coordination with RSM/KAM.
2. Attend sales calls, taking appointment, meeting clients with full preparations upon instructions from seniors .
3. Coordinate wit h clients for orders and other documentation.
4. Coordinate with internal SCM team for order status, dispatch, billing, reconciliations and other activities.
5. Client site visits on regular time intervals with RSM /KAM or alone.
6. Assisting RSM/KAM in different activities like preparing various reports, data collection and analysis etc.
7. Attend and provide proper solution to customers complaints.
8. Payment follow up s as per the credit provided to the clients.
9. Daily traveling with or without senior sales person with in or outside the territory.
10. Customer profile for this post: New construction: Small to mid - d developers and contractors where waterproofing and construction chemical requirements need to be attended. Maintaining a rapport with the decision makers and closing the sale. Distributors: Both Mid & Large channel partners who focus on waterproofing products and services. Retail: Growing a retail chain and maintaining relationships with the entire channel (Distributors, dealers, retailers throughout the region ) that will help the company sell to the consumers or small buyers (used for individual homes or small contracts
