Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC. Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.
• Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and regulatory environment in India.
• Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable.
• Business Development and Client service.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and manage performance.
• Manage a personal Target and the region/branch target.
• Demonstrate significant industry / market / location expertise
• People Management
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Expertise in areas such as Business development / Target Setting, Stake holder Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size HNIs.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Education - UG/PG
• Experience Required - 3 years - 6years
